The Power of Protien - Get a Stonger, Fitter Physique!

Studies suggest that the idea post training drink or snack should contain about 10-20 grams of protein and about 4 times as much carbs as protein. Apart from milk, other suitable post workout options include fruit yogurt, protein shakes, cereal with milk, or raisins with nuts. The key is to plan ahead.
